¹ This fee will be disclosed in the periodic bank
statement as "Cycle Service Charge". If it included with the account service
charge, it will be disclosed as "Maintenance Charge".
² This fee will be disclosed in the e-Statement as "Cycle Service Charge" or as
"Maintenance Charge" for $1.00 plus $4.00 "e-Statement 12-month fee".
